It is hereby informed that the training of all ongoing batches stands terminated and closed with immediate effect. Fresh batches of all departments shall commence from 09 March 2026 as per the revised academic and administrative schedule.
All departmental officials are directed to submit their respective reports personally before the Director regarding the status of their work and preparations. Any casualness, negligence, or dereliction of duty observed during this process shall be viewed very seriously, and the concerned officials shall be liable for immediate suspension.
The Institutional Performance & Intelligence Council (IPIC) is hereby directed to periodically review the progress of the preparation, closely monitor the timelines, and submit regular status reports directly to the Director. It is reiterated that no compromise with the quality, discipline, or effectiveness of the preparation shall be tolerated under any circumstances.
Furthermore, the Academy of Public Administration & Governance (APAG) and the Academy of Strategic Learning & Governance (ASLG) are hereby instructed to extend full academic and administrative support to the students preparing for the JPSC and HPSC Civil Services Examinations scheduled next month.
Both departments shall jointly design a comprehensive curriculum covering the entire syllabus of the JPSC and HPSC Civil Services Examinations. The prepared syllabus and academic plan must be submitted for approval and shall be duly signed and cross-verified by the Director prior to implementation.
All concerned departments and officials are directed to ensure strict compliance with this order.

I am pleased to announce the establishment of two new departments:

Center for Software Research & Innovation (CSRI) – Dedicated to advanced software development, AI, research, and technological innovation.

Academy of Public Administration & Governance (APAG) – Focused on governance studies, public policy, and administrative excellence.
This expansion reflects our commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and leadership development.
Further, the Center for Computer, AI & Electronics Engineering Studies (CCAEES) is hereby requested to design and develop a comprehensive academic curriculum in the fields of Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, and specialized Programming courses for students, in strategic partnership with the Center for Software Research & Innovation (CSRI). The curriculum shall emphasize industry relevance, research orientation, practical skill development, and innovation-driven learning to ensure academic excellence and professional competency. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been formally signed between the Center for Computer, AI & Electronics Engineering Studies (CCAEES) and the Center for Software Research & Innovation (CSRI) to promote academic collaboration, curriculum development, research initiatives, and specialized technical training.
For the preparation of the UPSC Civil Services Examination and various State Public Service Commission Examinations, a new department titled Academy of Public Administration & Governance (APAG) has been established. The Academy of Strategic Learning & Governance (ASLG) is hereby requested to extend full academic cooperation to APAG and jointly focus on the structured, comprehensive, and result-oriented preparation of Civil Services Examinations at both the Central and State levels. This collaboration shall ensure strategic guidance, disciplined preparation, and academic excellence in the domain of public administration and governance studies. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been formally signed between the Academy of Public Administration & Governance (APAG) and the Academy of Strategic Learning & Governance (ASLG) to strengthen academic cooperation in the preparation of UPSC Civil Services and State Public Service Commission Examinations.
As the RRB Junior Engineer (JE) Examination scheduled on 25.02.2026 approaches, I extend my sincere best wishes to all students appearing for this prestigious examination conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board.

The RRB examination for the post of Junior Engineer (JE) is scheduled to be held on 19th–20th February and 3rd March 2026. In view of the this, DSCI and ASLG are hereby directed to complete the prescribed syllabus at the earliest and ensure that our institute’s students are fully prepared for the examination without any delay.
ASLG is requested to draft a comprehensive curriculum specifically aligned with the RRB JE examination requirements and submit it at the earliest. IPIC is directed to periodically review the progress of the preparation, closely monitor timelines, and report the status directly to the undersigned. No compromise in the quality or effectiveness of the preparation will be acceptable.

The Success Imperil Group (SIG) is an examination agency responsible for conducting various competitive examinations. It ensures the fair, transparent, and efficient management of the entire examination process, including candidate registration, test administration, evaluation, and result declaration. The agency follows standardized procedures and security measures to maintain the integrity and credibility of examinations, supporting institutions and organizations in reliable assessment of candidates’ knowledge and skills. It has always strived to accept the challenges of modern methods and has devised and adopted quite a few methods of its own to bring about qualitative improvements in the organization and conduct of examinations for candidates across the country.
The Department of Skill and Competitive Intelligence (DSCI) focuses on developing practical skills and analytical abilities required in a competitive, knowledge-driven environment. It aims to equip learners with industry-relevant competencies, critical thinking, data analysis, and strategic awareness. By integrating skill development with competitive intelligence, the department helps individuals understand market trends, technological changes, and organizational strategies, enabling them to make informed decisions and enhance employability and professional growth.
Today on dated 03.01.2026, I announce three more organizations for welfare of our students and they are Institutional Performance & Intelligence Council (IPIC) , Center for Computer, AI & Electronics Engineering Studies (CCAEES) and Academy of Strategic Learning and Governance (ASLG) respectively. All these organization will start working from 06.01.2026 (Tuesday).
The Institutional Performance & Intelligence Council (IPIC) is a professional body dedicated to monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the performance of educational, professor, students, and trainees. It systematically tracks institutional intelligence, academic outcomes, and candidate progress using structured assessment frameworks and data-driven insights. IPIC supports informed decision-making, quality assurance, and continuous improvement by providing reliable intelligence on institutional effectiveness, learning standards, and overall performance.
The Center for Computer, AI & Electronics Engineering Studies (CCAEES) is a specialized training and academic center dedicated to developing advanced knowledge and practical skills in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics Engineering, and related information technologies. The center focuses on industry-relevant training, hands-on learning, and continuous skill enhancement to prepare candidates for modern technological challenges. CCAEES aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by promoting innovation, technical excellence, and professional competency.
The Academy of Strategic Learning and Governance (ASLG) is a dedicated institute that trains candidates for various government examinations conducted by elite organizations such as UPSC, SSC, Defence services, Railways, State Public Service Commissions and several other examination. The institute focuses on comprehensive exam-oriented preparation, strategic learning methods, and disciplined guidance to help aspirants build strong conceptual foundations, analytical skills, and exam readiness. Through structured courses, experienced mentorship, and continuous evaluation, ASLG aims to empower candidates to achieve success in competitive government examinations.
I hope the challenge faced by our candidates would resolved now after coming of above organization in force from 06.01.2026. The new batch will commence from 12.01.2026 tentatively. The admission test would be designed and conducted jointly by SIG (Success Imperil Group) and Academy of Strategic Learning and Governance (ASLG) on dated 09.01.2026. The admission test for technical domain is designed by SIG (Success Imperil Group) and Center for Computer, AI & Electronics Engineering Studies (CCAEES) on dated 10.01.2026. DSCI and IPIC jointly will assure that both examination would be conducted in free and transparent manner. Both DSCI and IPIC jointly conduct admission process in smooth manner and systematic manner and are responsible for carrying out a comprehensive assessment of all candidates to determine their suitability for admission. The entire process is conducted under strict compliance with prescribed norms and guidelines, ensuring fairness, transparency, and merit-based selection laid down by DSCI and IPIC officials. Only candidates who meet the required standards are considered for admission and further stages of the process.
Both SIG and ASLG is directed to design curriculum for all candidates who will appear further in competitive examination and in same manner SIG and CCAEES is directed to design curriculum for all candidates of technical branches. Both DSCI and IPIC would ensure the curriculum would be as per requirement of examinations conducted by government body.
I assure all candidates that this year they will not face any difficulty as it be under strict compliance of DSCI and IPIC officials. Both department ensure that curriculum be strictly followed by ASLG and CCAEES. SIG is directed to take assessment time to time for performance check upon directions of officials of DSCI and IPIC.
All faculty members, lecturers, and trainers are hereby directed to strictly follow the guidelines and instructions laid down by IPIC and their respective departments. Compliance with these norms is mandatory to ensure academic discipline, uniformity, and the smooth functioning of training and educational activities. Any deviation from the prescribed guidelines will be viewed seriously.
I also provide a helpline to students for filing their grievance. The grievance first handling authority would be IPIC officials and it need to be resolved within a week of filing. If grievance of candidates not sorted by the IPIC, then I personally will look into it and assure each and everyone that it be resolved with 2-3 days thereafter. The timetable would be designed and developed by DSCI after due consultation of ASLG and CCAEES and IPIC will ensure it to be followed strictly. IPIC will maintain daily report for this and design an alumni column.
